Schedule

  • In Schedule, the Clinical Notes and Medical History quick access buttons now display as disabled (gray) when user does not have a patient appointment selected.
  • On an appointment, the procedures entered from a treatment plan will show in the same order as they are arranged in the treatment plan.
  • In an Appointment Detail for a patient, the number of cancellations in the Organizer/Cancellations folder for the patient will be indicated below the patient name.  
    • It displays in red and is a clickable link.
    • The link has a fly-over hint “Click to open the cancelled appointment(s).”
    • Only appears if the patient has cancellations in the Cancellations folder.  
    • Displays the number of cancelled appointments in the folder.
  • If the patient has only one cancelled appointment, clicking the link will open the Appointment Detail of the cancelled appointment.  The Status is “Cancelled” and the Scheduled date is the original appointment date when it was cancelled.  To schedule the cancelled appointment, change the date and time on the appointment detail, and change status to Scheduled, then save the appointment.
  • If the patient has multiple cancelled appointments in the Cancellations folder, when clicking the link a browser will display allowing the user to choose which cancelled appointment detail to display.
  • When a cancelled appointment date and/or time is changed, user will be asked if they want to schedule the appointment.
        The message will display when changing date/time any appointment other than a template.
  • In Schedule View, reports Office Itinerary and Appt List filter for different view modes: day / week / month /list when printing.
