Detail Notes
- In a Patient History and Appointment Notes Review, the Reports drop down menu allows user to print either the Detail Form or Detail Report.
Detail Form
- This format can be used for printing a form for patients to update on paper.
- Provides a printed version of the Clinical Note using customized templates.
- User can optionally print individual tabs in Detail\Reports\Detail Form and in the drop down menu and selecting tab.
Detail Report
- This format is useful for a summary view of the Clinical Notes.
- Only items that have responses will print.
- In the Detail Note screen, a print icon is present to allow printing of any of the detail notes for a patient. The printed document applies customized templates such as edit boxes, memo fields, checkboxes and radio groups.
NOTE: When a drop down box is available, it will leave the field blank to keep from printing the entire list.
- In the DAISY detail window, clicking the printer icon will display the dialog to preview, archive, print or cancel.
- In a Clinical Note an item can be indicated as "Office Use Only" and will not print on the Detail Form (patient facing document). Both the label and the entry field must be indicated separately.
- Access the setting in a detail note by right-click on the detail item label and selecting “Office Use Only” in the drop down menu.
- Access the setting in a detail template by right-click on the detail item field and select “Office Use Only” in the drop down menu.
- When a user has Detail Design privileges, a tab from a template can be added to a Detail Note by clicking Edit\Add Tabs from Detail Templates and selecting the tab.
- A Clinical Note detail item, the “Clear Response” tool in the drop down menu works on any type of entry field.
- The memo fields in a detail will not allow any leading blank lines or spaces.
- Clinical Notes that are printed will display the practice name and contact information in the report header.
- When a user starts changing content on a clinical note with the status of “Reviewed”, a warning will display “You are changing a Reviewed clinical note”..
