I really appreciate the technical support. The DMC staff has been available and accessible through every problem — big and small. I’m not very tech savvy, but whenever I needed help, DMC would send people out.It was very easy to learn how to use Scan X. There have been a few glitches with the film, but the DMC staff has always been able to identify and solve any problems we had.
The move to digital X-ray equipment brought our office up to speed with other practices and it made our jobs a lot easier by allowing us to transfer and share information quickly.
Overall, I think the move to digital X-ray equipment with DMC made for a fairly smooth transition. They have a great support staff that’s extremely helpful and eager to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

I like all of DAISY’s features—Confirmation, Appointments, Report Gallery, Recall Manager, Daily Closing, Treatment Plan, the insurance functions—we use them all! The program is not overcomplicated. When I do need help, customer support is fabulous. Anytime I call for assistance I can count on getting a response the same day.
DAISY’s features are very efficient; they’re real time savers. Since DAISY is so user friendly, it makes training other employees in the office easy. The customer support staff is very reliable and has been helpful and prompt in adjusting issues and addressing our needs.
When we purchased DAISY software, I was really impressed with the personal service we received from DMC. We were transferring from a paper appointment book schedule to the new software product Appoint, and the DAISY trainer came out and helped us all understand how to use the system in a way that made sense for our office.
I taught myself to use the system when I started in the front office. Overall, DAISY is easy to navigate and easy to use. DAISY’s ‘age’ feature is very useful to us. When a patient’s coverage is expired due to age, not having to manually calculate by year of birth is a real time saver.

The shortcut icons in DAISY give us quick access to the features we use most. I also like having the list format, which makes tasks such as confirming appointments and reviewing statements more efficient.
I have used Dentisoft in the past, but DAISY Premiere is the most user friendly system I have experienced.
We used a DOS system in our office in the past; it was outdated and we had to schedule appointments on paper. DAISY is so much easier and really cuts down on the paperwork we need to keep up with. DAISY's Appointment Manager makes patient scheduling easy.
We love DAISY Chart! The integration was smooth and easy to learn. We’re also very pleased with the depth of insurance information available, and I personally am completely sold on the Reporting functions. The Patient Location report is something I’ve wanted to be able to do for a long time. Tech support is courteous, service oriented and responsive. DAISY has so much to offer!
I like being able to run all varieties of reports. The system is fairly simple and user friendly, plus the staff are always friendly and helpful.
DAISY is very easy to use and understand. Recall Manager has been a great tool for helping us cut down recall time; before DAISY it used to take about two hours to work on recall. Having the ability to customize the schedule is another very helpful feature, well used in our office.

I’ve actually been using DAISY for 20 years! I can’t imagine how we’d function without it. I love the Binoculars feature—click and you’re there. DAISY helps me to share information in a timely manner.
The Statement Manager has been very handy for completing month-end closing preparation. It’s a great system.
