DAISY’s Statement Manager is so easy, it takes just a few clicks—very user friendly.
With the new update, I love being able to schedule follow-up appointments with the various options, 1 wk, 2 wk, 3 month, 4 month, etc. The DAISY support team listens and takes advice well, and they’re available to help customers in unusual circumstances.

It’s easy to navigate among screens in DAISY. The alert system is excellent for pre-med purposes, or to view outstanding accounts, and I like being able to look up procedure codes.
The customer support has been phenomenal! When our office and computers were damaged by a tornado, the DMC team sent us a new server and restored all our files so we were up and running very quickly.

Treatment Plan allows us to present the patient with a viable, easy-to-understand plan, and we use Report Gallery and Mail Merge all the time.
DAISY’s Electronic Claims submission feature is very user-friendly, and Recall Manager keeps us up-to-date for cleanings. The system lets me search for patients by last name or account number, which is very convenient. Remote access is so helpful. It’s a great system!

DAISY has so many great features; it truly does make my job easier. Before we got DAISY, I used an old system that was designed for both medical and dental offices—it wasn’t nearly as detailed or well organized. I also love that the DAISY customer support team is so helpful, and that they take our feedback into account when planning updates.
DAISY allows me to open and work on multiple screens simultaneously—a big advantage when I’m multi-tasking.
The Advanced Search feature in Scheduling lets me find and edit appointments that are months away. And customer support is fantastic! It’s great to be able to connect with help by phone or email.

The program is easy for new staff to learn. Integrated claims processing is useful, and I’m looking forward to trying out the digital add-on capability.
We’re very pleased with DAISY. My favorite feature is Treatment Planning. It allows for a fast and seamless transition from front desk to back office and saves a lot of time.We also like Mail Merge, which allows us to personalize the look and appearance of our patient communications, and Perio Exam, which lets us compare readings.
Customer support has been excellent. The team is very knowledgeable and everyone is responsive.
It’s great that I have immediate access to account ledgers and balances. I use the Reports Module all the time. And I have to say, the DAISY customer support team is awesome—helpful, knowledgeable, available. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences.
DAISY helps us keep the office running smoothly. Since DAISY is icon driven, it’s easy for staff to learn and use. The icons offer many ‘passways’ to access any transaction. Customer support is excellent, with a quick response time. And I like that they follow up to make sure things are working well.
