There are a number of reports within DAISY to manage and track insurance claims. Certain pre-filtered reports are available directly from the Claim History screen for easy access. Additional reports can be custom-filtered from the Report Gallery screen.
Pre-filtered Claims Reports:
Claim Summary-Open & Part Paid Claims—Lists all Open and Part Paid claims in service date order
New Claim Summary—Lists only claims with a status of New
Claim Aging-Aged over 30 days—Lists alphabetically, by the patient name, Open and Part Paid claims that are over 30 days old
Claim Aging by Ins Co-Aged over 30 days—Lists alphabetically, by the insurance company name, Open and Part Paid claims that are over 30 days old
Generate Pre-filtered Claims Report:
- Open the Claim History screen
- Click on the Reports drop-down menu
- Select desired report
- Click on appropriate option in the Print Options dialogue box
