- DAISY
- In the Patient window, the Referred To grid shows the most recent referral at the top of the list.
- In the Patient window, the Referred To grid shows the Practice name for the referral.
- The Patient window / Referral Info tab / Referred By and Referred To section displays the referral source phone number and email when the referral source is a patient or a provider.

- If a new Phone Type is added in List Maintenance while editing Personal Info for a patient, guarantor or subscriber, the new Phone Type will be available immediately in the Personal Info window by clicking the refresh button.
- DAISY will sync with Clinician eRx for data updated in the previous 10 days.
- A Payment Profile now requires the credit card holder's name.
- When entering a money order or EFT payment in Transactions, the tab button now goes to the check ID field.
- Account statements now include a field to enter the credit card CVV number.
- Procedure codes that have the property of "Withhold from claim" will not display in the procedures selection grid for a ledger claim or rebill claim.
- An address is required for all persons.
- A Subscriber ID requires at least 2 alphanumeric characters.
- When reviewing Electronic Remits, the Remit Detail will display patients alphabetically and in the same order as in the Electronic Remittance Advice report (r2209).
- The ERA Remittance Advice remark codes have been updated.
- A search button is added to Account window to select or add a guarantor.

- Regence Claim Status reports are distributed to the DAISY Inbox.
- Patient reminders can be set to “Admin Only”.
- In the Patient window, Reminders grid, there is a new column “Screens” where the patient reminder can be set to either All or Admin Only.
- The Admin Only setting displays the reminders in the Patient, Treatment Plan, Appointment Detail and Appointment Notes Review windows.
- The All setting will display the reminder in the Chart, Perio Exam, Patient History, Patient, Treatment Plan, Appointment Detail and Appointment Notes Review windows.
- The default setting is “All”
- In the Patient window, Reminders grid, there is a new column “Screens” where the patient reminder can be set to either All or Admin Only.

- Prescriptions created in DAISY (non-eRx) will display and print the patient’s primary phone for appointments.

- Clicking a second time will return the user to the Search by filters.

- The premed icon displays on appointments regardless of the length of the appointment.
- The premed icon always prints on the printed schedule.

- Reports
- The printed medical claim form CMS-1500 is updated to the 02/12 version.
- A new report, Condition Analysis Detailed and Condition Analysis By Age (r2610) displays patient names who have charted Conditions.
- The usage notes in the report description detail how to rename the report according to the different uses.
- When the birth date is missing for a patient, "Age not given" will display on the report.
- The Referred Provider Labels (lab009.rpt) can be filtered by Added Date.
- The Appointment Statistics report (r3008) displays additional information. The Appointment Statistics Report is in the Appointment folder in Report Gallery.
- Additional information includes:
- The number of days worked based on appointments that are checked in or checked out
- The average attended appointments per day
- The number of attended appointments that are Medicaid (attached to an Account marked as Medicaid)
- The number of patients seen that are Medicaid (attached to an Account marked as Medicaid)
- Additional information includes:
- The merge document templates are now compatible with Word 2013.
- DAISY mail merge is compatible with MS Word 64-bit.
- A needs research indicator is added to the following reports:

- The Clinical Note List report (r2603) displays the teeth that were selected in the clinical note Teeth field.

- A prescription type can be removed from List Maintenance/Prescription Types.
- Removing a prescription type does not affect the audit trail on patient records.

- The “Care of” field in the Referring Provider window has been renamed to “Practice”.
- This is a search field in the Select Other Referral Source window.
- A Notes field has been added to the Referring Provider window to enter additional information such as hours, parking, specialty, etc.
- In Patient window / Referral Info tab, when the Referred To provider is selected and edit button is clicked, the Referring Provider window displays with the notes.

- Clinical Notes
- In a memo field, canned text will insert at the cursor position.
- A tooth or mouth area can be indicated on a clinical note and filtered for in Patient History.
- In a clinical note under the patient name is a Select Teeth button.
- Click the Select Teeth button and choose the mouth areas or teeth related to the clinical note.
- If a combination of mouth area(s) and teeth are needed, select the area(s) first, then individual teeth.
- In the Patient History window, the selected teeth on the clinical note will display in the Th (tooth) column.

- In Patient History, the Tooth filter will display any clinical notes that have the tooth indicated on the note, or the mouth area encompassing the tooth. This includes filtering for supernumerary teeth “SN”.
- For example: Filtering for tooth #2 will display all clinical notes for tooth #2, UR quadrant, maxillary arch, full mouth or notes where teeth are not selected.
- NOTE: This feature does not replace the need of documenting tooth numbers or areas in clinical note fields, nor is it included in revision history. It only provides the usability of being able to filter for the tooth or area.
- DAISY Chart
- In Chart, the sealant graphic will display an “S” in the appropriate status color (Existing, Planned or Completed) of the procedure.
- When the chart graphic "BorderSurf" is configured for a procedure code, it will draw as a border around the selected surfaces of the tooth in Chart. Please contact DMC for the graphic configuration.
- In Chart, when charting a Condition on top of either an Existing or Completed restoration, it will display in the color scheme for Conditions.
- In Chart, a procedure that is entered as Completed will not display on an existing Treatment Plan.
- In Chart when a tooth is selected and the pass is changed, the focus will remain on the selected tooth.
- In the Chart grid, there is a new column called TP Visit. A planned procedure can now have the Treatment Plan visit and/or phase indicated to automatically organize the Treatment Plan.
- On a Planned procedure, select the TP Visit field and click on the ellipsis button to open the “Search For – Treatment Plan Visit”.
- The phases and visits on the Treatment Plan will display and can be selected for the planned procedure.
- A new visit can be created by clicking the “New Treatment Plan Visit” button.
- In the Visit Name field, enter the name for the new visit.
- In the Phase Name field, select an existing phase or type in a name for a new phase.
- When the chart is saved, the planned procedures organize in the Treatment Plan window in the Phase(s) and Visit(s) indicated.
- Moving a planned procedure to different Phase or Visit in the Treatment Plan window will automatically update the Chart.

- On a Planned procedure, select the TP Visit field and click on the ellipsis button to open the “Search For – Treatment Plan Visit”.
- Existing, planned or completed tooth related procedures can be entered directly into the chart grid by clicking the “+” add button.
- Conditions can be added in the grid regardless of the pass by entering a Condition code.
- In Chart, the right-click menu displays the status of the entry (Existing, Condition, Planned or Completed).
- The Perio Exam will display the tooth status as it was on the date of the perio exam.
- The tooth status when changed on the same date in either Chart or Perio Exam will display the status upon the latest save in either window.
- For example: Today a Perio Exam is completed for a patient. Following the Perio Exam, the patient has a comprehensive exam completed in Chart where all wisdom teeth are missing. Later when viewing the Perio Exam, it will display all wisdom teeth as missing (the tooth status at the point of the last save on same date).
- The same rule applies when the tooth status is changed in a Perio Exam, Chart will display the tooth status as it was upon the last save on same date.
- On a Perio Exam where the date is prior to current date, the Tooth Status button is disabled.
- The voice command “missing” will produce no results.
- The tooth status when changed on the same date in either Chart or Perio Exam will display the status upon the latest save in either window.
