Schedule
o A new Block Time feature allows you to block your schedule for your ideal appointment day. Colored “blocks” appear on the schedule in each resource column as a guide to help you schedule in the manner your office and providers prefer.
Block Time is set per resource (column)
Blocks appear on top of resourse availability on the schedule view
Scheduled appointments appear on top of block times
o An “Age” column has been added to the grid on the Confirm Appointments and Follow Up Appointments screens -
Claim Form
o The Dental Claim (R2211) has been updated to the ADA 2019 form
A gender value of “U” has been added
Field captions are updated to current ADA verbiage -
Chart
o Inactive accounts now show in gray italics font in the Preferred Acct selection box on the Chart window when a patient is on more than one account -
DAISY In-Charge
o Refunds and returns to VISA cards are validated per the Purchase Return Authorization mandate. This means that these transactions occur immediately so the patient does not have to wait to see the money returned to their VISA account -
Reports
o Updated captions on the Practice Analysis Report (R2139)
“A/R” has been added to the Financial Arrangements, Collection Accounts, Medicaid Accounts and Active Accounts captions in the Today’s Statistics area to more clearly define that these numbers are for the accounts included in the accounts receivable, not the entire practice.
o Verbiage on the Appointment Detail Report (R3004) has been corrected to show “Sent” and “Due” dates
o The word “Info” has been removed from the header of Treatment Plan Reports (R2002)
