DAISY helps us keep the office running smoothly. Since DAISY is icon driven, it’s easy for staff to learn and use. The icons offer many ‘passways’ to access any transaction. Customer support is excellent, with a quick response time. And I like that they follow up to make sure things are working well.
For anyone out there still trying to decide which software to use, our office highly recommends DAISY. The support team is amazing, there is no question too big or too small, and the trainers are very knowledgeable. They are constantly striving to improve their product and streamline the time spent in the office. The reports and filter capabilities are excellent. Thanks DAISY!

It was refreshing to have that special attention and technical support from someone who was so patient and easy to understand. The DAISY sales team was great too, and we have found the DAISY Appoint feature is really easy to use. With AutoRemind, I have more time to work on important projects and I can even look ahead and see that patients have scheduled their appointments.AutoRemind is really easy to learn and use. The personalization is fantastic and the name of our dental practice shows up on our patient’s caller ID so it doesn’t look like a random number.
It’s also been a real time saver for me, and the patients seem to like it too. We don’t use the texting feature as much, but we are really happy with the product overall.
ERA Quick Post is very easy to use and it’s been a truly positive experience. We love how the transactions are deposited directly into our bank account. ERA Quick Post made everything so much easier and faster for our dental practice.
It’s not difficult to learn, taking only a half hour at most, and we had great trainers.
We love how the ERA Quick Post cut down the time we used to spend posting ODS checks. It also allows us more time to do other things we might not have gotten to without it.
Our practice also loves the Statement and Recall Manager because it does monthly closing and recalls really fast and you are able to see everything on one screen.

The program gives us easy access to insurance information about each patient, saving valuable time we would otherwise spend pulling paper. ERA Quick Post pulls up archives that have been previously submitted so everything is easily accessible when we need it!
Aside from ERA Quick Post, we really like the Reports Gallery because we can see the history of documents such as, accounts and procedures. It really helps us narrow everything down to just the information we need.
I like ERA Quick Post because you can right click to view the entire remittance. I also like that I don’t have to scan all the papers – the information is already there. Sometimes you have to go through claims to get to it, there isn’t a direct way to just view the EOBs but overall, ERA Quick Post is a wonderful program.
It was easy to learn and I like how it automatically matches the claim number. It saves a lot of time. I don’t have to scan or manually enter numbers anymore. It also reduces the amount of data entry errors and I don’t have to shred papers.
In short, ERA Quick Post is quick, more efficient and very accurate.
ERA Quick Post is a real timesaver. It alleviates posting errors and the doctor gets payment directly into his checking account. There aren’t any typos because the paperwork is not processed manually.

It also eliminates clerical errors and is a real time saver since you don’t have to go through all the steps manually. Everything is easily accessible, clear and easy to read.
We really like the Redundant Backup System (RBS). We don’t have to worry about having to take home or store discs or a cassette drive in a fireproof safe. It’s been fabulous.
I really appreciate the technical support. The DMC staff has been available and accessible through every problem — big and small. I’m not very tech savvy, but whenever I needed help, DMC would send people out.It was very easy to learn how to use Scan X. There have been a few glitches with the film, but the DMC staff has always been able to identify and solve any problems we had.
The move to digital X-ray equipment brought our office up to speed with other practices and it made our jobs a lot easier by allowing us to transfer and share information quickly.
Overall, I think the move to digital X-ray equipment with DMC made for a fairly smooth transition. They have a great support staff that’s extremely helpful and eager to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
